We were highly impressed with this place. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from all the main tourist spots in the city centre. The views from our room were simply breathtaking, giving us a panoramic view of the vibrant city. The room itself was spacious, clean, modern, and warm, providing us with the utmost comfort during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, sitting area, and dining table. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, with friendly receptionists and cleaners available at all times. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus, as it allowed us to connect multiple devices without any issues.

The apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher, great for cooking and cleaning. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and the Albert docks. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the sinks and bathroom surfaces.
I'm still waiting for my deposit back, even though the receptionist said I would receive it within a few days. They only provided one toilet roll and despite asking for more, I never received any.

There have been some issues with cleanliness, specifically with dirty utensils and blood on the pillow.
